Anton Slavtchev

Anton Slavchev has over 15 years of experience in real estate. For the last 8 years he has been Executive director of Slavchev Consulting, a company founded in 2012, which now provides its consulting and brokerage services under the brand Avison Young Bulgaria. The company also provide landlord and tenant representation services, marketing advisory services and market research.
Anton also holds the position of Asset Manager of Serdika Offices - one of the most successful and quality projects on the Bulgarian office market. His current experience includes managing office projects in Bulgaria and Romania.
From 2005 to 2012 he managed the brokerage business with offices and business parks at Colliers International Bulgaria and was also a member of the European group of Colliers International for Office Brokerage Services.
Anton Slavchev successfully manages the rental of some of the most important projects in Bulgaria such as Serdika Offices, Business Park Sofia, European Trade Center and Business Park Varna. He is among the people who have realized some of the largest deals with office space in Bulgaria.
Anton Slavchev holds a Master degree in European Business from the European School of Management (ESCP-EAP, Paris / Oxford) and a Maitrise degree in Economics from the University of Strasbourg. His previous work experience includes various positions at Alstom Transport and EDF in Paris, as well as at the Hartley Investment Trust's London office.
